Description

An antique neoclassical mourning brooch which is over 225 years old.

Finished in 9k rose gold this brooch features a white enamel urn and surround accented with fine gold detail and set over hair.   The urn is personalised with the initials of the person remembered.  The back of the brooch features an inscription and date (April 1791).

The brooch is secured at the back by a hinged pin and C clasp.

Length 3.5cm/1.4” by 2.5cm/0.1”at widest point.
