A Victorian curb link bracelet with a heart-shaped locket in 9k rose gold dating from 1898.

This piece is known as a ‘Night and Day’ bracelet as each link has a hand engraved floral pattern with a smooth finish on the reverse, allowing the wearer to change the style of the bracelet depending on the occasion. The bracelet is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1898 and for 9k gold. As was typical of quality examples of the time each link is stamped ‘9c’ for 9k gold. The bracelet terminates with a heart lock and safety chain.

MEASUREMENTS 

19 cm long ( 7.5″) – suitable for an average sized wrist.

The links are approximately 10mm wide.

Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1896, and for 9k gold. Each link hallmarked for 9k gold.

CONDITION 

Excellent in keeping with its age.
