Description

Description: A handsome sterling silver cigar/ cigarette box with cedarwood lining. This piece has an internal divider and hinged lid.  It has a  horse head design on the lid with an inscribed cartouche to the front of the box.

The inscription reads ” Congratulations Mr Director   Colbert   29/11/55 ”

This is a good size box that many people are now using as jewellery boxes.  The hinge is in as good a condition as the day it was made, 82 years ago.
