An antique diamond set bangle in 15k gold, dating from 1890.

This antique bangle is a real treasure – crafted in 15k gold, set with three old cut diamonds to the centre. Surrounding the diamonds are beautiful and intricate details – circular, linear, and braided gold detail reminiscent of the Etruscan revival designs we often see in Victorian jewellery. This piece is hinged for a comfortable and close fit while wearing, with a secure clasp and safety chain.

This is a true antique piece, with Chester hallmarks dating from 1890 and makers mark WO for William Osborn – W Osborn Ltd (registered c1889 & Aug 1932) Northampton Street, Birmingham.  It is in excellent condition for a piece that is 135 years old, and is ideally suited for occasional, careful wear due to its fine construction.
