A vintage ruby and diamond trilogy ring set in 18k yellow gold and platinum.

This ring features a beautiful oval cut ruby secured in a platinum claw setting – with the deep and lively red colour that we love to see in rubies. The ruby has a  carat weight of 0.8cts, and is flanked by two old cut diamonds with a total carat weight of 0.4cts. This is a very well proportioned ring that looks neat on the hand, with beautiful contrast between the ruby, diamonds and rich 18k gold colour. The shoulders of the band feature a textured ‘bark’ pattern – a design which first became popular during the 1970’s. The inside of the band has full London hallmarks dating this piece to 1980.

The ring is size M and suitable for resizing if required.
