A pair of antique hand engraved oval cufflinks in 9k gold.

These are a very nice pair of cufflinks, with a beautiful and detailed pattern throughout. Each oval face features a hand engraved floral pattern with swirling detail – some of the nicest engraving work we have seen on a pair of cufflinks! These have full Birmingham hallmarks for 9k gold and are dated to 1900, making them 126 years old. Both are stamped with the makers mark ‘J.M.’ corresponding with the workshop of John Mantle.
